CANCELED PERFORMANCES & TICKETING
In light of the cancellation of all remaining performances for the school year, CSArts-SGV is able to issue full refunds to those who have already purchased tickets through the Box Office to any of the canceled performances.
However, we would be incredibly grateful if those patrons would allow us to transfer the ticket value into a tax-deductible donation toward the conservatory that was hosting the specific performance.
We are committed to employing all of our full-time and part-time arts faculty/staff to continue our robust distance learning instructional program during this crisis, and your donation would aid us in accomplishing that goal.
If you would like a refund, please reach out to Amanda Quinlan, Family Liaison, at firstname.lastname@example.org, and she will assist you with your refund request(s). If we do not hear from you by Friday, April 17th, your ticket purchase will automatically be allocated as a donation toward the conservatory that was hosting the specific performance. Thank you in advance for considering this additional opportunity to support our amazing arts programming and teachers.
If you have any additional questions related to canceled performances, please reach out to Dr. Stephen Cook, Dean of Arts, at email@example.com.
