Every year, the students, faculty, and guest artists at California School of the Arts - San Gabriel Valley (CSArts-SGV) present many concerts, recitals, staged performances, and exhibits, providing our students with exceptional opportunities to participate in professional-level presentations.

These performances entertain and inspire our community, enriching the already vibrant and cultural landscape. The variety is dazzling and includes dance, drama, opera, musical theatre, film, chamber music, jazz, orchestra, visual arts, and more.

Vendini.com, under contract by CSArts-SGV, is responsible for all general customer service and CSArts-SGV Box Office related service items. Their Patron Services team answers phone calls and emails and includes the following direct support:

  • The processing of all phone orders (Subject to a $4.00 per-order service fee.)

  • The answering of questions related to all online or phone purchases.

  • Requests for seat exchanges, ticket price upgrades/downgrades. (Subject to a $4.00 per-order service fee)

  • Assistance with print-at-home tickets.

  • Fulfillment and shipping of all mail-to-home hard ticket requests.

  • PRINTING / RE-PRINTING TICKETS: If you have a problem with your Print-At-Home ticket, or you need to have your order confirmation resent, please call CSArts-SGV Box Office Services at 866-710-8942, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST.  Tickets can also be re-printed the night of the performance at the CSArts-SGV Box Office at the venue, which opens about one (1) hour prior to show time.

  • ONLINE SALES: Tickets go on sale online approximately 21-days prior to the performance.  The online CSArts-SGV Box Office accepts all major credit cards. Tickets for most CSArts-SGV productions may be purchased through the Box Office, which offers convenient online ordering and where available seat selections. ADA/Companion accessible seating for reserved seating venues is also available online.

  • DOOR SALES: The online CSArts-SGV Box Office closes one (1) hour prior to a performance.  If available, tickets may be purchased at the performance at the venue one (1) hour prior to start time.  For ticket sales at the venue, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

  • ONLINE ORDERS: For all purchases made online, a Print-At-Home ticket will be emailed upon purchase. Print-At-Home tickets may be printed directly after making your purchase, or by accessing your purchase acknowledgment email. Tickets purchased online, 7-days prior to performance date, may be mailed home via USPS first-class shipping for an additional $4.00 per order.

  • PHONE ORDERS: Ticket orders may be placed by calling the CSArts-SGV Box Office Service Center at 866-710-8942, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST. The service center is closed on weekends and all national/school holidays.

    All phone orders are subject to a $4.00 per order service fee. Print-At-Home tickets will be emailed upon purchase at no additional cost, or Print-At-Home tickets may be printed by accessing your purchase acknowledgment email.  When placing a phone order, tickets purchased 7-days prior to performance date may be mailed home via USPS first-class shipping for an additional $2.00 per order.

  • WILL CALL: Sorry, no "Will Call" is available, which means no waiting in line!  However, smaller shows may not require printed tickets and will have a "Will Call Check-Off List". This will be identified when tickets are purchased.

  • SCANNING OF TICKETS: All tickets contain a unique one-time scannable barcode. Tickets are scanned for admission/entrance into most performances/events, and barcodes are disabled once scanned.  Duplication of tickets for the purpose of duplicate entry is prohibited and may result a temporary/permanent suspension of Box Office purchase privileges.

  • BROKEN SEATS: For reserve seating events, if a sold seat becomes unavailable for any reason we will make every attempt to relocate the entire party to a comparable seat/section.  Re-seat selection is at the sole discretion of CSArts-SGV Management/Staff or the House Manager and no refunds will be issued unless we are unable to accommodate your party.

  • ADA ACCESSIBLE SEATING: Wheelchair and companion seating is available in most venues. For reserved seating venues, patrons who purchase companion seating without an adjacent wheelchair seat may be relocated to accommodate ADA access. Re-seat selection is at the sole discretion of CSArts-SGV Management/Staff or the House Manager and no refunds will be issued.

    When selecting reserved seating, companion seats are identified with a green circle with a "C", and wheelchair seating areas are identified with a blue circle and icon:







  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Regrettably, the CSArts-SGV Box Office is unable to issue refunds. However, seat exchanges, ticket price upgrades/downgrades can be obtained by calling CSArts-SGV Box Office Service Center at 866-710-8942. All change order transactions are subject to a $4.00 per order service fee.

  • TICKET DONATIONS: Purchased tickets may be donated, please contact box.office@sgv.csarts.net for more information. Unused tickets may also be donated the night of the performance, visit the Box Office at the venue, which opens one (1) hour prior to show time.

  • LATECOMERS POLICY:  As a courtesy to other patrons and to the performers, latecomers and those who exit the theatre during the performance will be admitted into the auditorium at an appropriate interval and assigned available seating as determined by the House Manager.

  • Cameras, video/audio recording devices, food, and beverages are not allowed inside the performance venues. This policy is strictly enforced by the House Manager and Ushers.
