CSArts Academy Summer 2020 Session Canceled
Previously, we had announced that we were moving forward with plans to conduct our summer program as scheduled. However, in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations from Governor Newsom, California State Superintendent Tony Thurmond, as well as federal, state, and local agencies, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our CSArts Academy Summer 2020 session.
We know that all of you were looking forward to these experiences; with that said, we remain focused on maintaining the safety, health, and well-being of our participants, families, and the surrounding community. Although we are deeply disappointed to be canceling this program, we feel confident that this is the responsible choice.
CSArts-SGV is able to offer you a full refund for the summer session you are currently registered for. However, we would be incredibly grateful if those of you that can, would allow us to transfer the value of the class registration into a tax-deductible donation to California School of the Arts – San Gabriel Valley.
An email has be sent to everone who purchased class sessions. Please rerview for your refund/donation options. If you have any question, please contact Ananda Quinlan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be processing your requests in the order in which we receive them, and you will receive an email confirmation once your request is processed. Due to the large volume of requests, these transactions may take a few days, so we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Stay healthy and safe everyone! Please be on the lookout for information about our CSArts Academy Summer 2021 programs in February of next year. We hope to see you all soon!
