Does my child need a ticket?

Everyone must have a ticket regardless of age. As a courtesy to other patrons and performers, we do not recommend children 2 years of age and younger attend theater performances due to the required silence for everyone to have full enjoyment of the artistic experience of live performance.

If I order on the website, how do I get my tickets?

Your tickets will be available at the box office window the day of the performance. You will receive a receipt by email that you may print and bring with you or display on your smart phone.

If I change my mind, can I get a refund?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund will be issued.

What time does the Playhouse open?

Lobby doors open one hour before scheduled performances. Theater doors open 30 minutes before performance.

Recording equipment is prohibited inside the theater unless otherwise noted. Cameras of any kind, as well as audio recording equipment, are strictly prohibited. Persons recording and/or their equipment may be removed for the duration of the performance.
