Artisan Center Theater is looking for a GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE. 

This is a part time position to the right candidate.

 

Job Summary: Job of the Guest Services Representative is to answer phones and help guests with ticket sales, orders, will call preparations, donations, season tickets and daily financial reports.

 

Guest Services Representative Responsibilities:

  • Work box office and take reservations on a daily basis

  • Pick up phone/email messages and return calls

  • Daily reconciliation of sales and close-out

  • Data base maintenance

  • Pre-show ticket prep

  • Attend Guest Services meetings 

  • Help with general office organization

  • Process season ticket orders 

 

Abilities and Qualifications:

  • Outgoing, friendly, helpful—ability to work well with people (good public relations skills)

  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task, track multiple projects

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Makes good use of time

  • Computer experience required

  •  A team player
