What methods of payment do you accept?
Moose Jaw Cultural Centre accepts the following payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Moose Jaw Cultural Centre Gift Certificates.
Saskatchewan Festival of Words tickets and passes may be purchased using any of the above mentioned payment methods online or at the Box Office. Saskatchewan Festival of Words Gift Certificates may also be used to purchase Festival tickets and passes at the Box Office.
What other fees are charged on ticket prices?
Moose Jaw Cultural Centre collects a $2.00 facility fee on all tickets purchased online or at the box office.
Ticket purchases may be subject to Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 5%.
All online purchases are subject to a Ticketing Operation Fee, which is collected by Vendini, our ticketing company.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my baby/toddler?
Yes. In order to ensure all patrons safety, and to monitor occupancy numbers as dictated by fire regulations and building codes, we must have an accurate count of all patrons in the theatre. In order to manage occupancy numbers every patron is required to have a ticket.
What is your return policy?
All tickets purchased are non-refundable and exchanges are not permitted. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may gift your ticket to a friend of family member who is able to use it.
I purchased my tickets through a third-party source (e.g. Kijiji, Ebay, Moose Jaw Buy & Sell, Vivid Seats, Facebook, etc.) Are my tickets valid?
We encourage you to purchase your tickets directly through our website or Box Office. If you purchase tickets through another source, we are unable to guarantee that the tickets are valid.
My tickets were lost or stolen. Can you reprint them?
Please contact our Box Office at 306-693-4700 report the loss/theft. In order to reprint the tickets a piece of photo I.D. must be presented at the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre Box Office. This policy does not include General Admission shows as it is impossible for us to track tickets.
Is the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre & Mae Wilson Theatre wheelchair-accessible?
Yes! The Moose Jaw Cultural Centre is wheelchair-accessible and exterior doors are equipped with automatic door openers. The Mae Wilson Theatre is equipped with removable seating to accommodate wheelchairs. This seating is located in Row S and clearly marked on our website. Please contact our box office at 306-693-4700 if you have any further questions about wheelchair-accessibility.
Does the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre have an elevator?
The Moose Jaw Cultural Centre has one elevator, located in the main lobby, which provides access to all public areas.
I am coming to the Theatre and need additional assistance. What should I do?

Does the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre provide wheelchairs for patron use?
Yes, we have a limited number of non-motorized wheelchairs for use while in the building. Please contact our Box Office at 306-693-4700 to arrange to have one available for you.
Does the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre have a hearing assist system?
Yes, the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre is equipped with a Listen Technologies Hearing Assist System. For more information, or to arrange to have one available for you the night of a show, please contact our Box Office at 306-693-4700.
What is the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre's policy on Service Animals?
